Tuesdays and Fridays @6 p.m.

For ages 9-13; for any youth athlete, sports development or those kids who want to get fit.

Cardio and Abs

30 minutes of heart pumping fun while working your core!

Flex and Tone

Thursday @ 7 p.m.

Flex and Tone is a low impact class for all age groups and fitness levels. The class will centered on full body flexiblity and toning!

Circuit and Resistance

Thursdays @ 6 p.m.

Fun-fast paced weights and circuit training combined in a 45 -minute class that will leave you feeling the burn.
